We offer revolving self treatment classes for clients on a variety of topics. These include but are not limited to specialized in person and virtual options. Most classes are presented in 1-3 class series that may include a second round of instruction or not. Here are a few of our frequent offerings. Women Only class for scar work treatment of mastectomy, episiotomy, and abdominal scars including caesarian. Specialized foot treatment for plantar fasciitis, hammer toe and metatarsalgia. Generalized self treatment for Scars.
